HOA stands for Homeowners Association — the governing body of a residential estate, complex, or security village. HOAs manage common property, enforce community rules, and represent residents' interests. If you represent an HOA, you can join JNRC as a Leader or Strategic Partner.
It's a membership card given to Active Members, Leaders, and Strategic Partners. It unlocks discounts on goods and services from participating local businesses — helping members save while supporting the local economy.
Leaders are individuals who represent social structures — HOA board members, block captains, estate representatives, or community organizers who want to help shape JNRC's strategic direction.
Large churches, major businesses, schools, or institutions that want to partner strategically with JNRC to drive community-wide change. Strategic Partners may be eligible for board representation.
