JNRC was founded in 2022 by a group of proactive residents and estate managers who recognized that collective action is the only way to drive meaningful change in safety, service delivery, and local accountability.
What started as informal neighborhood meetings has grown into a registered cooperative representing over 35 estates and 200+ businesses across Johannesburg North.
